Why are there no prices posted?
Municipal Supply & Sign Co.'s request for quote system allows us to offer you the best possible
prices based on quantity and the ever-changing costs of materials. We
buy raw
materials in mass quantities and when we find deals, we pass them on to
our customers.
How does the request for quote (RFQ) system work?
You shop the Municipal Supply & Sign Co. store like you would any other online e-commerce
store, placing items in a shopping cart. When you are ready
to check out, you will be asked to either sign in if you are
an existing customer, register as a new customer, or, if your
prefer, fill out customer information without registering to
help Municipal Supply & Sign Co. process your RFQ. You will be taken to a no-obligation
request for quote form that lists all the items you want prices
on. You can change quantities or delete items at that
time. You will not be asked for any payment information at that
time. Once you hit the submit button, you should receive an
email confirming
your
request
for quote
has
been
received.
The Municipal Supply & Sign Co. sales staff will then prepare a quote form and email it to you
or contact you by telephone that day or on the next business
day after you submit your RFQ.
What type of payments do you accept?
Municipal Supply & Sign Co. accepts both VISA and MasterCard. If you are an established customer,
you can choose to be billed and pay by check or money order.
What are your privacy policies?
Any information you submit is for the internal use of Municipal Supply & Sign
Co. to help us process your order and serve you as a customer. Your information
will not be passed on or sold to any other company.
